Our chef is "Jinichi Tateyama," who competed with leeks on the famed TV cooking show against the French Iron Chef when the Japanese Iron Chef was unavailable.
Based on the concept of "serving French cuisine enjoyed with chopsticks," we serve Japanese-French fusion cuisine. Please stop in to entertain special business clients, celebrate kaoawase (engagement party), commemorate special anniversaries, etc. A happy day of our guest is the reward of our hospitality.
